Youth Forum Geopark Nasional Ujung Kulon

Ujung Kulon National Geopark Youth forum has an important role in supporting the management and development of geoparks in various aspects. Here are some of main duties:

1. Geopark Promotion
Educate the public about the geological, ecological and cultural value of geoparks.
Increase public awareness through social media, activities or local campaigns.

2. Conservation and Preservation
Contribute to preserving the environment, including geodiversity (geological diversity), biodiversity (biological diversity), and cultural diversity (cultural diversity).
Organize activities such as tree planting, cleaning geopark sites, or conservation programs.

3. Local Tour Guide
Become an information ambassador for visitors, by introducing the uniqueness of the geopark, such as geological formations, typical flora and fauna and cultural sites.

4. Community Empowerment
Supporting local economic development, such as promoting MSME products or crafts based on local culture.
Assisting communities in managing sustainable ecotourism programs.

5. Innovation and Research
Involved in research and development related to geoparks, both in the fields of education, technology and conservation.
